UW-Whitewater and Outreach

UW-Whitewater provides science outreach opportunities to area schools, the University and the community. Through its activities, it helps inspire young student’s interest in science and technology, and help them to consider a educational focus in science, math and technology, and possibly a career in these areas.

Located in the College of Letters & Science, UW-Whitewater’s has outreach resources for teachers, parents, prospective students, community resources and undergraduate involvement. Also available are connections with the following departments: Biology, Chemistry, Geography/Geology/Environmental Science, and Physics. It maintains events and activities with the the Undergraduate Research Program, and Continuing Education department.
